University up my nose

5 days left until my life in university begins.
I'm both scared and existed.
New life, new people, new experience.
The only scary part about it is if I will even continue what I'm studying after a year or two.
The scary part is that it may not even be my calling, perhaps I'm meant to do something else in my life instead of fighting crime and giving them justice.

Do you know how everyone says ''I don't know who I want to be when I grow up?''
Well that question never came to me.
Ever.
In fact, I want to be so many things.

The past 5 years I was dreaming to become an actress, live in a world outside reality, see myself on screen in different environments and meet different people with the same interest in life yet different outcomes of it.

I wanted to be a writer, to pull all my different worlds I have created in my head and put them on a sheet of paper, on thousands, sheets of paper and form a small paperback novel.

Once as a kid, I wanted to be an animal protector, or a veterinarian save the nearly extinct species and rescue beloved family pets.

Sometimes even a singer. To write my own lyrics that are a piece of my heart, soul and mind.

A digital creator. Designer. Creatures, characters for games, stories for games. A whole game.

I can't shake of my love for drawing, something I burn for, all my stories, my sketchbooks, still on my table.
Sometimes I fear that when times like this come, you have to put aside everything you love and focus on this one thing that may, or may not be your future.

Now my sheets of paper are sitting still. Blank, without any grey strokes.
Even though I try.

I never wanted to grow up, I wanted to be a kid that can sit alone in the room, play video games listen to music, draw and have a bunch of pets in my lap to keep me company.

But everyone in life is going to be sitting down rock bottom with no idea how to climb up and think that there is absolutely no point in life, it's just doing the same thing over and over again.
It's a loop that repeats itself your whole life.
I hope I won't be ending up in that loop.
And for that to not happen, my paper sheets are still going to be on my table.
So will my pencils.
My eraser.
My mp3 player for music.
My computer for games.
My drawing tablet for digital art.
My notes for my stories.
My characters.
For some people, what I hold dear may be one of those things that will ''never lead me far''.
But what I've learned in my 20 years, is to never let anyone tell you what can lead you far and what can't.
Because these things define who I am.
I'm an artist, I see things differently than everyone else.
And just because I'm going to study to become a lawyer, doesn't mean that is going to go away.
I'm just going to have my sketchbook and pen, near the book of Law.

No matter where you go, don't forget the things that matter to you.
The things that define YOU.

Stress Relief

Every person in this world have been suffering from stress. Whether or not it is big or small.
I'm going to give you a few small tips on how to relieve stress!

Fruit.

Eating fruit can be extremely healthy for your body but it also helps you relieve your stress. Many people usually eat sweets to calm their troubles, but doing so their energy gets reduced quickly and the stress can become even bigger.

Meditation.

By meditating you leave everything in the outside world, out, and focus on what it going on in the inside. That way you can ease the anxiety since it alters signals to the brain that makes you resilient to stress!

Beat the negative with the positive.

The old plus, minus, technique is a quick way of relieving stress and boosting your confidence. Instead of focusing on the negative, try finding what is positive out of the outcome. When you change your view point, you can change the level of stress altogether!

Go outside.

Going outside whether if it's cold, warm, sunny, gloomy, rainy or drafty, can help you reduce your stress. Fresh air to the body is needed everyday for at least one hour. Try walking around in the plains or the forest, somewhere, where nature surrounds you. Try listening to nature sounds. It really is soothing!

Bubble bath.

Baths are incredible when it comes to relieving stress. Having a bubble bath makes you feel like a kid, no matter how old you are, and feeling like a kid is probably the best way to reduce stress, because when you're a kid, you don't even know what stress means!

Tea.

Try drinking some tea if there is nothing else you can think of, and need to do it quickly. Try drinking tea without anything with it. Avoid anything sweet and drinking tea without sugar or at least one tea spoon can help you better than you think!

Music.

Music is the best creation of human kind that helps you relieve stress. The problem can be is finding anything new and soothing, if you don't already have something like that. Try going to YouTube and listen to MrSuicideSheep music gallery! It helps me a lot!

Have fun!

Don't forget to have fun and do the things you love when you're stressed! Don't be in a rush, if you rush relieving stress it can only cause to more stress over time. Play games, draw, listen to music, read a book or watch a movie, anything you find fun can knock stress down in a minute!

Play with your pet.

Pets and animals are the most joyful way to relieve stress. Playing around with one, cuddling and stroking your pet gives you an instinct called - love. Being around a pet you love can calm your down easily within minutes and, boost your fun needs!

Talk to someone.

When it comes to stress, the most things that a person wants to hear is that everything will be ok, from someone else. Talk to someone really close to you, perhaps your lover or even your parents is a good way to start. Talking to your parents is a good way of getting advice from someone older than you since there is a chance they have experienced a lot of stress and anxiety. Talking to a good friend is also a good way to relieve stress knowing that there is someone there for you.

Accept your stress.

One thing is important is that you need to accept your stress. It's part of your body and stress is something that is happening to your body right now and you can't shove it out, you just have to go through it. Don't think stress is bad, it's an emotional effect that is happening to your body and happens to every other single human being in this world. It is absolutely normal. In truth stress is just adrenaline to your body of something you are not prepared for. Letting stress do what it should, helps you calm down quicker!

These are a few tips you can use to calm your stress down! It sure helped me when it came to stress and anxiety, any kind of stress! Hope these tips will help you relieve your stress! Have a healthy life!

''Turn down the volume 2'' Live with it!

IIIIIT happened AGAIN!

Same woman, same buss same time same annoyence.
The same woman that told me to turn down my music a few days ago, said that again. This time she came up with the lamest argument ever. She wasn't sitting near me but she was sitting infront of me.
She turned around and looked at me for a while, when I tried to ignore her. Then she started talking to me and told me to turn down my volume of my music.

The witch: Turn down the volume.
Me: Uuuuuh o.e don't want to.
Witch: What? The buss ticket doesn't that I have to listen to it every damned morning!
Me: Well I like my music, so.. Live with it.
Witch: Excuse me?
Me: I said, live with it.
Witch: Turn down the damn music!
Me: Uuuhh... Nope :3 <3

Yep, this is how the converastion went. Of course I got pissed off but I didn't show any of my anger. The thing is, I think I did the right thing.
I stood up for myself.
She doesn't the the right to tell me what to do, she isn't my mom. If she was my dad, my mom, any of my family or my dearest friends, I would turn down the music, but to a stranger like her? No thank you.
''The buss ticket doesn't show I have to listen to this every morning'' Well, miss, there is no rule in the buss that I am NOT allowed to listen to loud music. :3
It's MY music, MY ears, MY mp3, MY headphones (Scott <3) MY LIFE.
I don't really care if people don't like my music. If they don't like it they should buy those earthingies to plug their ears so that they wouldn't bother me.
I am not gonna let my pride down. I am proud of my music. The end :3

2 TOPICS!! ''Turn the volume down.'' Sorry, but music is my life! + I'm kind?? Said by a stranger.

''Turn the volume down.'' Sorry, but music is my life!

So a funny thing happened to me yesterday morning.
Like always I listen to my music pretty loud. Well, it doesn't harm me. I use Koss headphones which usually are so that they throw a lot of sound out so that others can hear it without it even being so loud.
And I LOVE Koss. One of the best headphones I ever had and my complete favorite, the base is just so awesome! I had over 4 of them.. Since they broke many times because I listen to music very often in the buss on my way to school. Today I have white Koss headphones, and like my funny personality, I name some of my stuff. This years headphones are named Scott.
But back to the topic. So, I was listening to my music like I always do and there was this woman who asked if she could sit near I removed my stuff and continued listening to music. Hardstyle <3 forever.
All of a sudden the woman poked me and asked me if I could turn the music down.
That, is where I got really upset.
In my head, I was the Hulk, and she was Loki.

At first I really do understand that my music can annoy many people.
But, first SMART thing she would have done is not sit near a girl with big ass headphones.
Second, unpolite to tell a stranger to stop doing something they like.
As a ''kind person'' I turned down my music.
For only a few seconds...
Then, it was ALL max sound.
I don't like it when people say that. It makes me annoyed. Music is my life and it's always around. Sitting in the buss all no music forever alone. No thank you xD
After a while the lady moved to sit somewhere else, I started laughing like hell.
I should maybe have a huge sign saying ''LOUD MUSIC LISTENER''
To not make anyone hate me.
What can I say, I love music more than being kind. :3

NEW TOPIC!

I'm kind?? Said by a stranger.

What can I say. Yesterday in school I was taking my lunch out from the fridge (yes we have a little kitchen for tea and other stuff we brought from home) and there was this guy who was sitting not too far away and he asked me if I had somethng to drink. He seemed a bit worried. I said that I do but it wasn't that much. He kindly asked if he could drink it, I started at the sprite bottle full of Gold mutli juice and gave it to him. He drank more than half which I didn't even mind. He gave the bottle back and thanked, and told me that I was really kind.I knew who he was because I have talked with him many times, but he is just an aquantince. I only smiled and said ''ok.. thanks'' he replied with a ''you have always been kind'' I was like '' well.. I am not always kind.'' he said '' to me you are''It is sometimes nice to hear that from someone who never wants to know me by my past but by the way I am now. I don't have the need to be selfish. Sometimes yes, everyone is, but I feel bad whenever I said ''no'' to someone. It never bothers me when someone gets something from me and takes half of it, as long as someone asks kindly without streatching their hand and said ''give''.I have a lot of manners when it comes to strangers and polite people. Normally around my friends I am very outgoing. Not when it comes to strangers. But I always love to help out someone as long as they ask nicely and not ask questions about my past. Then, it's not a very nice feeling to be with that person.
''He knows...''That's what is going in my head all the time. But, feeling better when nobody ever wants to talk about my past with me. Shows respect. I choose if I want to talk about it or not. If I do, things are always better :3Well, I guess I am kind. In a way :3
